We have a Key Investor that is still doing FHA manufactured homes on streamlines with a 620 FICO.
If you need a manufactured lender with lower than 620 FICO we have an investor for you. If it's not a streamline they'll do 580-639.
If you wish to do a mobile home in a park or not permanently attached to the land the applicants own, we have 3 investors for you.
